For a bird to fly in outer space, it would have to hold its breath. It would have to fight the gravitational force of the Earth. It would have to endure a temperature of -270 degrees. It would have to be able to bathe in radiation, unprotected by Earth’s magnetic field. It would have to live without water and food.
It would never be able to come back – for it would burn in the atmosphere.
It would have to really want to be free.
